| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá produktivitou práce ve státech Evropské unie, především z hlediska odvětví. Hlavním cílem je posoudit odlišnosti v odvětvové produktivitě práce států EU. Práce je zaměřena nejprve na ekonomiky růst, produktivitu a její druhy a následně na produktivitu práce. Praktická část se v první části zabývá analýzou produktivity práce za celou ekonomiku v jednotlivých státech EU. V další části je analyzována produktivita práce států EU ve zpracovatelském průmyslu a dále jednotlivých oddílů tohoto odvětví, která jsou rozdělena dle technologické intensity. Státy EU jsou analyzovány pomocí produktivity práce v absolutním vyjádření i podle dynamiky růstu produktivity práce v období 2010-2019. V poslední části je zjištěna změna úrovně produktivity práce za sledované období a dále jsou vymezeny hlavní odlišnosti v odvětvové produktivitě práce států EU. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with labour productivity in the states of the European Union, primarily in terms of industry. The main objective is to assess the differences in the sectoral labour productivity of the EU countries. The thesis is focused first on the economics of growth, productivity and its types and then on labour productivity. The practical part in the first part deals with the analysis of labour productivity for the whole economy in individual EU countries. The next part analyses the labour productivity of EU countries in the manufacturing industry and individual sections of this sector, which are divided according to technological intensity. EU countries are analysed using labour productivity in absolute terms and according to the dynamics of labour productivity growth in the period 2010-2019. The last part shows the change in the level of labour productivity during the period under review and further defines the main differences in the sectoral labour productivity of the EU countries. | eng |
