| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na koncept Průmysl 4.0 a trh práce. Cílem je definovat hlavní dopady integrace Průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce se zaměřením na vybrané průmyslové odvětví v ČR. Autor této práce si zvolil zemědělství.
Práce je rozdělena na 2 části. První část se zabývá studiem teoretických východisek. Teoreticky je zde popsán trh práce. Stejně tak iniciativy Průmyslu 4.0 a Zemědělství 4.0.
Druhá část je praktická, která je orientována na cíl práce. Tato část popisuje několik produktů Zemědělství 4.0 a vývoj počtu zaměstnanců v zemědělství v ČR. Dále bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo přes 70 zemědělských firem. Byla stanovena výzkumná otázka. Výsledky jsou graficky zobrazeny, zanalyzovány a v neposlední řadě byla zodpovězena výzkumná otázka. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis is focused on the concept of Industry 4.0 and the labor market. The aim is to specifically define the main impacts of the integration of Industry 4.0 on the labor market, focusing on selected industry in Czech Republic. The author of this work chose agriculture industry.
The work is divided into 2 parts. The first part deals with the study of theoretical background. The labor market is theoretically described here. So are the Industry 4.0 and Agriculture 4.0 initiatives, but in more detail.
The second part is practical, where the purpose is to achieve the goal of the thesis. This section describes several products of Agriculture 4.0 and development of the number of employees in the agricultural industry in Czech Republic. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was conducted, which was attended by over 70 agricultural companies. A research question has been set. The results are graphically displayed, analyzed and, last but not least, a research question was answered. | eng |
