| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je se zaměřit na rizika spojená s obchodní činností se zaměřením na elektronickou činnost zkoumané firmy. V diplomové práci se řeší rizika ze širšího hlediska se snahou ukázat komplexní pohled na rizika mezinárodních obchodních transakcí, a to i z hlediska často přehlíženého. V teoretické části je poukázáno, že množství rizik, která mohou podnik zasáhnout, je nespočetné. V realitě navíc často fungují v různých kombinacích. Firma, která je zkoumána z hlediska rizik zároveň pociťuje riziko ze svého zkoumání, a proto je anonymizována. | cze |
