| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá závazky v realitní praxi. Zaměřuje se na realitní kanceláře z právnického hlediska. Tato práce zkoumala vztahy v realitních kancelářích, firemní hodnoty a také moderní inovace. Významnou částí jsou právní předpisy, které souvisí s danou problematikou. K získání dat byly využity dotazníky. Zaměstnanci realitních kanceláří odpověděli na otázky, například jestli je v oboru velká konkurence nebo jaké jsou osobní předpoklady vedoucího zaměstnance v realitní praxi. Další dotazníky byly vyplněné lidmi, kteří mají buď zájem, anebo zkušenost se spolupráci s realitními kancelářemi. | cze |
