| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na představení pojmů demografie, inovace a Průmysl 4.0, které vytvářejí teoretický základ pro praktickou část. Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit ekonomické dopady demografického přechodu stárnutí České republiky ve vybraném podniku. Pro celistvé pochopení praktické části jsou řešeny dílčí faktory, které ovlivňovaly podniková rozhodnutí s apelem na personální, investiční, inovační a ekonomickou činnost politiky podniku. Veškeré získané informace následně umožní navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení budoucího uvažování podniku. | cze |

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess the economic impacts of the demographic transition of aging in the Czech Republic in a selected company. For a comprehensive understanding of the practical part, partial factors that influenced corporate decisions with an appeal to the personnel, investment, innovation and economic activities of the company's policy are addressed.
