| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na cestovní ruch a současné demografické trendy. Hlavním cílem je analýza současné situace v oblasti stárnutí populace a vysvětlení, proč je cestovní ruch důležitý pro ekonomiku státu. Porovnán je přístup České republiky a dalších vybraných států Evropy, konkrétně Finska, Itálie a Skotska. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a informací z oficiálních míst jednotlivých zemí byly vypracovány případové studie a v závěru byl zhodnocen přístup jednotlivých států ke zkoumané problematice. | cze |

The main aim is to analyse the current situation of the ageing population and to explain why tourism is important for the country's economy. The approach of the Czech Republic and other selected European countries, namely Finland, Italy and Scotland, is compared.
