| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá aspekty komunikace v obecné rovině i v profesní rovině povolání učitele. Zohledňuje způsoby a formy komunikace mezi rodinou a školou, míru spolupráce a udržování vztahů těchto dvou institucí v zájmu dítěte. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit: preference komunikačních forem a hodnocení jednotlivých oblastí a způsobů komunikace, míru participace rodičů na společných aktivitách mateřské školy a hodnocení komunikačních dovedností učitelů. Z výzkumných metod byla použita kvantitativní metoda ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Vytvořeny byly celkem dva výzkumné soubory otázek. Jeden pro rodiče a druhý pro učitele mateřských škol. Dotazník byl rozeslán elektronickou cestou do mateřských škol současně s žádostí o rozeslání rodičům na emailové adresy. Výsledky šetření jsou uvedeny v praktické části ve formě tabulek společně s analýzou dat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with aspects of communication both in general and in the professional level of teaching profession. It takes into account the way sand forms of communication between family and school, the degree of cooperation between the mand of maintenance of relations between the two institutions in the best interests of the child. The aim of the research was to find out: preference of the communication methods, the parents´ evaluation of the individual areas and methods of communication, willingness of parents to participate in collective activities of the kindergarden and the teachers´evaluation of their communication skills. As for the research methods, a quantitative method was used in the form of a questionnaire survey. A total of two research sets of questions were created. One was made for the parents and the other one for the kindergarden teachers. The questionnaire was sent electronically to kindergardens with a request to send them to the parents´email addresses at the same time. The results of the survey are presented in the practical part as tables together with data analysis. | eng |
