| dc.description.abstract | Abstrakt
Tématem této bakalářské práce je komunikace mezi učiteli 1. stupně ZŠ a různými typy rodin. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda jsou učitelé připraveni ze studia pedagogických fakult na situace související se sdílením informací s rodinami žáků. Dále, jak se učitelé připravují na situace, jež díky diferencovanosti rodin nastávají. Práce se věnuje otázkám subjektivního pohledu učitelů na tuto problematiku, řešením problémů, které mohou nastat v interakci učitele a rodiče v návaznosti na různé typy rodin. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou krátce shrnuty pojmy učitel, rodič a pedagogická komunikace. V empirické části je popsána použitá metodologie výzkumu, design výzkumu a samotný výzkum. Vyhodnocení výzkumu představuje výsledky kvalitativního šetření na základě rozhovoru se čtyřmi zúčastněnými učiteli. Zapojení učitelé uvádějí, že na situace s rodinami na pedagogické fakultě nebyli žádným způsobem připraveni. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že ani školy nemají prioritní zájem své učitele pomocí kurzů nějak připravovat na situace, jež mohou díky diferencovanosti rodin vznikat. V závěru jsou doporučení pro učitele i školy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the concern of communication between primary school teachers and diverse types of families. The aim of the research was to ascertain whether the teachers come readied through the mediation of Faculties of Education for dealing with situations regarding sharing of information with learners' families. Furthermore, how the teachers prepare for conditions stemming from the differentiation among the families. The thesis addresses the questions of teachers' subjective assertions on the point of the case and solutions to problems that may occur in teacher-parent interaction regarding diverse types of families. The thesis divides into the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part presents a summary of terms such as teacher, parent, and pedagogical communication. The empirical part contains the methodology, the suggestion of the enquiry and the research itself. The research assessment presents the findings of the qualitative enquiry based upon an interview with four participating teachers. The involved participants clearly state that the teachers were not in any way prepared for the problematic situations with families by the Faculty of Education. The interviews also suggested that schools themselves do not prioritize the preparation for circumstances that might occur, considering the differentiation among the families. The thesis concludes with recommendations for teachers and schools. | eng |
