| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou humoru ve škole a charakteristikami humorného učitele. Cílem práce bylo ověřit souvislost mezi humorností učitele a jeho schopností vytvářet podmínky pro naplňování základních psychických potřeb žáků, dále pak popsat charakteristiky humorného učitele z pohledu jeho samého a žáků a ověřit, zda lze humorného učitele považovat za úspěšného. Do výzkumu bylo zapojeno celkem 244 žáků z druhého stupně základních škol a nižšího stupně gymnázií. Výzkumu se účastnilo také 12 učitelů. Použity byly dotazníky Hodnocení učitele žákem a Můj učitel. K vyhodnocení dat byla použita korelační analýza a porovnávání aritmetických průměrů jednotlivých položek. Zjištěna byla souvislost mezi humorností učitele a tím, jak učitel z pohledu žáků naplňuje aspekty dobrého vztahování se k žákům, vytvoření podmínek pro získání kompetencí a poskytování prostoru pro autonomii žáků. Největší úspěšnost učitele byla zjištěna v pedagogicko-psychologických charakteristikách. Potvrzeno bylo očekávání o učitelových charakteristikách přátelskosti, odbornosti a spravedlivosti. Výsledky provedeného výzkumu lze aplikovat v každodenní výuce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of humor in school and the characteristics of a humorous teacher. The purpose of this work was to verify the connection between the humorousness of a teacher and his ability to create a condition for fulfilling the basic psychological needs of students. Another purpose was to describe the characteristics of a humorous teacher from the way he views himself and how the students see him. The last purpose is to verify if the humorous teacher can be considered successful. 244 students from lower secondary schools and lower gymnasium were involved in this research. There were also 12 teachers participating in the research. Two questionaries were used, the Students Evaluation of Educational Quality and the Teacher as a Social Context. The data were evaluated by correlation analysis and comparing arithmetic averages of each of the questions. The research discovered the connection between the humorousness of a teacher and how the teacher, from the student's point of view, fulfills the aspects of good relatedness with students, creating an environment for gaining competence and giving space for the autonomy of students. The biggest success was found to be in pedagogical and psychological characteristics. The expectations of the teacher's characteristics of friendliness, professionalism, and fairness were verified.
