The student presented information on the ddPCR technique, 16S RNA use and in silico PCR. The setup for analyses was presented, followed by the results.

The supervisor's review was read by Dr. Petrová. Then the opponent presented her review, and the student answered the questions. Follow-up questions on the format of the thesis and script presentation were mostly answered, as well question on the AT, and GC content. Comments on the thesis and the discussion were presented, especially the format of the thesis was critised.

3x excellent, 1x very good, 1x good, final very good.
cze
