| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá vzájemným propojením pozitivní psychologie a sociální práce. Nejprve jsou oba obory vymezeny a následně propojeny. Další část diplomové práce je zaměřena na hlubší poznání pozitivní psychologie z hlediska času, úspěšnosti a v rámci jednotlivých teorií sociální práce. Poslední částí práce je kapitola věnovaná aplikaci silných stránek v profesi sociálních pracovnic, kdy výzkumný soubor tvořilo šest komunikačních partnerek z různých zařízení sociální práce. | cze |
