| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá kritickým posouzením významu etiky péče v rámci oboru sociální práce. Nejdříve je v této práci podrobně charakterizována samotná etiku péče a následně hodnocen její význam jako morální teorie. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení významu etiky péče pro sociální práci a také obohacení osobních znalostí týkajících se etiky péče. Stanovené cíle mají být naplněny hlavně ve třetí kapitole, která nabízí zhodnocení etiky péče i se zhodnocením kritiky vůči ní směřované a dále pak v poslední kapitole, která ukazuje pozitivní i negativní dopady etiky péče v sociální práci a nabízí konkluzi k celé otázce využívání etiky péče v sociální práci. | cze |

of care in the context of social work. At first in this thesis there is described the ethics of care on its own and then there is evaluated its importance as a moral theory. The aim of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the meaning of the ethics of care for social work and the enrichment of personal knowledge concerning the ethics of care. These set aims are meant to be fulfilled mainly in chapter three, which provides an evaluation of care ethics and the evaluation of criticism directed at it and then in the last chapter of this work, which shows the positive and negative effects of care et hics in social work and offers a conclusion of the whole issue of using the ethics of in social work. | eng |
