| dc.description.abstract | V průběhu jednoho roku byla pomocí McMaster testu periodicky sledována parazi-tární infekce u 24 koní a 3 pony. Hodnoty EPG se v průběhu roku měnily, nejvyšší byly na jaře a nejnižší v zimě. Sledování ukázalo, že u pony jsou obvykle nižší než u velkých koní. Na jaře byla infekce strongylidy zjištěna u všech zvířat, podíl zvířat s vysokými hodnotami EPG od jara postupně klesal. Nejvyšší hodnota zjištěná u koně byla 3075, zatímco u pony byla nejvyšší hodnota 1200 EPG. Korelace byla poté potvrzena i statisticky, kdy byla hodnota p = 0,004 < 0,05. Vysoká variabilita stanovení ukazuje spíše na významný vliv vlastností jedince než na korelaci s věkem, typem zvířete nebo časem stanovení (p 0.05). | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Over the course of a year, parasite infestation was repeatedly monitored in 24 horses and 3 ponies using the McMaster test. EPG levels chase throughout the year, being highest in spring and lowest in winter. They are generally Lower in ponies than in large horses. In spring all animals were clasified as infected with a strondylides gra-dual decrease in the proportion of animals with high EPG values since spring. The highest value found for the horse was 3075, while the highest value for the pony was 1200 EPG. The correlation was then confirmed statistically, hen the value of p = 0,004 0,05. The high variability of determinations suggests a significant influence of an animal's individual characteristics rather than a correlation with age, animal species, or time of determination (p 0.05). | eng |
