dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práci je nejprve přiblíženo zemědělství v obecné rovině. Je popsána jeho historie, úloha a funkce. V následujícím popisu je přiblížen pojem sociální zemědělství, jeho historický vývoj, úloha, rozmanitost jeho podob a různorodost sociálních farem. Krátce je nastíněn i pohled na pojetí sociálního zemědělství v některých zemích na evropském území. Dále je zde pojednáno o sociálních službách, některých mechanismech a institucích, díky kterým jsou tyto podpůrné činnosti poskytovány. Ke konci teoretické části jsou zmíněny některé vnímané přínosy, ale i bariéry, které jsou spojeny s konceptem sociálního zemědělství. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjištění pohledu na vnímání sociálního zemědělství z pohledu osob pracujících na sociálních farmách, a to v pozicích vedoucích pracovníků, sociálních pracovníků či osob s potřebou poskytování sociální péče.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this bachelor thesis agriculture in general is presented first. Its history, role and functions are described. In the following description, the concept of social farming, its historical development, its role, the variety of its forms and the diversity of social farms are presented. A brief look at the concept of social farming in some European countries is outlined as well. It also discusses social services and some of the mechanisms and institutions through which these support activities are provided. Towards the end of the theoretical part, some perceived benefits as well as barriers associated with the concept of social farming are mentioned. The main aim of this thesis is to establish the perception of social farming from the perspective of those working on social farms, in the positions of managers, social workers or those with social care needs.	eng
