| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje využití konceptu Bazální stimulace v ošetřovatelské péči u geriatrických pacientů.
Cíle práce: Zjistit, jak sestry využívají koncept Bazální stimulace v ošetřovatelské péči u geriatrických pacientů.
Metodika a výzkumný soubor: Na základě cíle, byla vytvořena jedna výzkumná otázka. Jak sestry využívají koncept Bazální stimulace u geriatrických pacientů v ošetřovatelské praxi? Pro výzkumné šetření jsme si vybrali kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii, kde byla použita metoda dotazování. Technikou sběru dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly uskutečněny u sester pracujících v nemocnicích a v zařízení poskytující sociální péči. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 13 sestrami. Kritérium pro vybrání sester bylo využívání konceptu Bazální stimulace u geriatrických pacientů. Získaná data byla zpracována otevřeným kódováním, metodou tužka a papír.
Výsledky: Na základě analýzy dat bylo vytvořeno 7 kategorií a 3 podkategorie. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření je patrné, že se sestry orientují v konceptu Bazální stimulace a zvládají využívat koncept u geriatrických pacientů. Bylo zjištěno, že více než polovina sester má absolvovaný kurz Bazální stimulace. Sestry zvládají definovat jednotlivé prvky Bazální stimulace. Při šetření bylo zjištěno, že všechny sestry udržují kontakt s rodinou pacienta. Rodina pacienta je zdroj informací, které jsou důležité pro biografickou anamnézu. Tato anamnéza poté umožňuje sestrám nejen lépe proniknout k pacientovi a jeho potřebám, ale také vést systematičtější komunikaci mezi sebou.
Doporučení pro praxi: Doporučujeme rodinu pacienta zahrnout do aplikace konceptu Bazální stimulace. | cze |

Objectives of the thesis: To find out how nurses use the concept of Basal stimulation in nursing care of geriatric patients.
Methodology and research set: Based on the goal, one research question was created. How do nurses use the concept of Basal Stimulation in geriatric patients in nursing practice? For the research survey, we chose a qualitative research strategy where the polling method was used. The data collection technique was semi-structured interviews that were conducted on nurses working in hospitals and social care facilities. The research group consisted of 13 sisters. The criterion for selecting nurses was the use of the concept of Basal Stimulation in geriatric patients. The obtained data was processed by open coding, pencil and paper method.
Results: Based on data analysis, 7 categories and 3 subcategories were created. The results of the research show that the nurses are oriented in the concept of Basal Stimulation and manage to use the concept in geriatric patients. It was found that more than half of the nurses had completed a course of Basal Stimulation. Nurses manage to define the individual elements of Basal Stimulation. During the investigation, it was found that all nurses maintain contact with the patient's family. The patient's family is a source of information that is important for the biographical history. This anamnesis then allows nurses not only to better understand the patient and his needs, but also to conduct more systematic communication with each other.
Recommendations for practice: We recommend that the patient's family be included in the application of the basal stimulation concept. | eng |
