| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce vznikla v reakci na zlepšování úrovně řady jednotek požární ochrany sborů dobrovolných hasičů obcí. Naproti tomu, ale řada jednotek zaniká kvůli nedostatku členů, záměrem práce bylo zdokumentovat historii, vývoj určitých jednotek a jistit, zda se postupně opravdu snižuje počet členů v daných jednotkách a hrozí jim tak zánik, či omezení akceschopnosti.
V bakalářské práci jsou vytyčeny následující dva cíle:
1. Prozkoumat a zpracovat historii, vývoj a vybavenost jednotek požární ochrany, které byly součástí Lomnické hasičské župy.
2. Prozkoumat postupný vývoj počtu členů daných jednotek v průběhu řádu několika desítek let a na základě zjištěných dat zjistit, zda se opravdu stabilní počet členů snižuje.
Na základě těchto cílů byla stanovena výzkumná otázka:
Je dlouhodobě stabilní počet členů JPO z bývalé Lomnické hasičské župy?
Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává historii Hasičské župy Lomnické a jejích členských sborů, zpracovány jsou zde nejzávažnější mimořádné události, které se na území bývalé župy odehrály v průběhu několika stovek let. Vývoj počtu členů jednotek požární ochrany sborů dobrovolných hasičů členských obcí v průběhu několika desítek let. Teoretickým přínosem práce je odhalení skutečností a důležitých událostí v historii Lomnické župy a jednotlivých sborů. Praktickým přínosem je možnost využít získané informace o počtu členů k vytvoření predikce, zda opravdu hrozí daným jednotkám zánik, či omezení akceschopnosti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis was written in response to the improvement of the level of many fire protection units of municipal volunteer fire departements. On the other hand, a number of units are disappearing due to lack of members, the intention of the thesis was to document the history and development of certain units and to find out whether the number of members in the units is really decreasing gradually and thus threatening them with extinction or limiting their availability.
In the bachelor thesis the following two objectives are set:
1. to investigate and elaborate the history, development and equipment of the fire protection units that were part of the Lomnice Fire Brigade County.
2. To investigate the gradual development of the number of members of the units in question over a period of several decades and to determine, based on the data found, whether the number of members is indeed stable and decreasing.
Based on these objectives, a research question was established:
Is the number of VFDU members from the former Lomnice Fire Brigade County stable over the long term?
This bachelor thesis elaborates the history of the Lomnice Fire Brigade County and its member fire brigades, the most serious emergencies that took place in the territory of the former county over several hundred years and the development of the number of members of the fire protection units of the volunteer fire departements of the member municipalities over several decades. The theoretical contribution of the thesis is to reveal the facts and important events in the history of Lomnice Fire Brigade County and individual corps. The practical contribution is the possibility to use the obtained information about the number of members to make a prediction whether the units are really threatened with extinction or limited activity. | eng |
