| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce s názvem Úloha zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v poskytování zdravotně sociální péče u hospitalizovaných v nemocnici má za cíl objasnit úlohu zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v poskytování zdravotně sociální péče u hospitalizovaných na vybraných odděleních nemocnice. Cíle bylo dosaženo díky teoretickému průzkumu daného tématu a byla mu věnována první kapitola této bakalářské práce. Následně byla tvrzení potvrzena či vyvrácena v rámci praktické části, která je výsledkem polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osmi vybranými komunikačními partnery - zdravotně sociálními pracovníky různých oddělení nemocnice.
Pro zjištění výsledků výzkumu byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, za využití polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se zdravotně sociálními pracovníky, kteří svou činnost vykonávají v nemocnici. Polostrukturované rozhovory byly doslovně přepsány a následně pomocí otevřeného kódování zakódovány. Poté byly kódy zpracovány pomocí metody vytváření trsů a v další fázi byly nalezeny vztahy a vazby mezi kódy v jednotlivých trsech. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of a bachelor thesis called The Role of a Health and Social Worker in the Provision of Health and Social Care for Hospitalized Patients was to define the purpose of a health and social worker in providing health and social care for hospitalized patients in various chosen departments. The goal was partly achieved with the use of a theoretical research for the given topic, which is covered in the first chapter of the bachelor thesis. Following part of the thesis is the practical chapter, which either confirmed or denied the conclusions from the theoretical part. The resolution was based on the semi-structured interviews with eight interviewees who were all health and social workers from various hospital departments.
The conclusion of the practical research was made using the qualitative research approach based on the semi-structured interviews with health and social workers who are currently actively engaging in the health and social services. The semi-structured interviews were transcribed word-to-word and encoded using the open coding. The codes were then processed by using the method of creating clusters, which were later used to find relations within the individual clusters. | eng |
