| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou doučování v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež v Jihočeském kraji. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak pracovníci, popř. dobrovolníci vybraných nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež v Jihočeském kraji hodnotí doučování, které v rámci svých služeb poskytují. Dílčím cílem je na základě výsledků vytvořit doporučení pro další rozvoj doučování v nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež.
Pro účely dosažení cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, metoda dotazování, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán záměrným výběrem. Kritériem pro začlenění komunikačních partnerů do výzkumu byla alespoň roční osobní zkušenost s doučováním v rámci nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena pomocí otevřeného kódování a uspořádána do jednotlivých kategorií.
Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že doučování je nedílnou součástí nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež a ze strany klientů je o něj velký zájem. Největšími slabými stránkami v doučování jsou podle komunikačních partnerů nedostatečná spolupráce s rodinou klienta, jeho nedostatečná motivace k učení, nedostatečná znalost pedagogiky pracovníků a dobrovolníků, kteří doučování provádějí, a zhoršený přístup nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež k finančnímu zabezpečení doučování, které má za následek nedostatek doučujících, času a vhodných prostor. S těmito aspekty pak souvisí změny, které by komunikační partneři rádi uvítali, a sice větší spolupráci s rodinou klienta, příp. dalšími institucemi, větší finanční podporu a také možnost účastnit se kurzů zaměřených na práci s dětmi a pedagogiku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the tutoring in low-threshold centres for children and youth in the South Bohemia. The aim of the thesis is to find out how workers or volunteers of selected low-threshold centres for children and youth in the South Bohemia rate tutoring, which they provide as a part of their services. The partial aim is to create recommendation for further development of tutoring in low-threshold centre for children and youth based on the results.
Qualitative research, method of questioning and technique of semi-structured interview were chosen for the purpose of achieving the aim. The research sample was selected based on deliberate sampling. The criterion for the inclusion of communication partners to the research was at least one year of personal tutoring experience in the low-threshold centre for children and youth. The acquired data were evaluated via open coding and organized into individual categories.
The results show that tutoring is an integral part of low-threshold centres for children and youth and there is a great interest in it from its clients. According to communication partners the biggest weaknesses in tutoring are insufficient cooperation with the family of the client, his insufficient motivation for learning, insufficient pedagogical knowledge of tutoring workers and volunteers and last but not least the complicated access of low-threshold centres for children and youth to financial assurance of tutoring, which results in a lack of tutors, time and suitable premises. With these aspects some changes are related, which communication partners would like to make, namely bigger cooperation with the family of the client, or with any other institutions, bigger financial support and also an opportunity to take part in courses focused on working with children and pedagogy. | eng |
