| dc.description.abstract | Antibiotická rezistence je problémem nejen u nás, ale i ve světě. Stále více narůstá výskyt polyrezistentních druhů bakterií, které způsobují závažné a těžko léčitelné infekce. Tato problematika má dopady jak na zdravotní stav pacientů, tak na náklady zdravotní péče.
Praktická část mé bakalářské práce byla prováděna v Laboratoři klinické mikrobiologické Nemocnice Havlíčkův Brod (ONHB). Vzorky byly odebírány z ONHB, z Psychiatrické nemocnice a od praktických lékařů z okolí Havlíčkova Brodu. V mé práci jsem se zaměřila na kmeny Klebsiella pneumoniae a Pseudomonas aeruginosa, které jsou častými původci nozokomiálních infekcí. Prvním krokem byla správná izolace a diagnostika těchto bakterií a vyšetření citlivosti bakterií k antibiotikům, kde jsem použila diskovou difuzní metodu, stanovení minimální inhibiční koncentraci a metody pro průkaz širokospektrých -laktamáz.
Cílem této práce bylo zjistit zastoupení počtu těchto bakterií v komunitě a v nemocničním prostředí, kde jsem předpokládala, že v nemocničním prostředí je výskyt rezistentních bakterií vyšší. Dále jsem se zabývala vývojem rezistence těchto bakterií k daným antibiotikům za období 2017-2022. Na závěr jsem poukázala na správné zásady antibiotické politiky a tím i k předcházení vzniku rezistence k antibiotikům a dále i možnosti prevence a léčby nozokomiálních infekcí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Antibiotic resistance is a problem not only in our country but also in the world. The incidence of polyresistant bacterial species, which cause serious and difficult-to-treat infections, is increasing. This issue has implications for both patients' health and healthcare costs.
The practical part of my bachelor thesis was performed in the Laboratory of clinical mikrobiology (ONHB). Samples were taken from ONHB, from the Psychiatric Hospital and from general practitioners from around Havlíčkův Brod. In my work, I visited strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which are often the cause of nosocomial infections. The first step was the correct isolation and diagnosis of bacteria and examination of the susceptibility of bacteria to antibiotics, where I used the disk diffusion method, the minimum inhibitory concentration and methods for the detection of broad-spectrum -lactamases.
The aim of this work was to determine the representation of the number of these bacteria in the community and in the hospital environment, where I assumed that the incidence of resistant bacteria in the hospital environment is higher. I also dealt with the development of resistance of these bacteria to given antibiotics in the period 2017-2022. In conclusion, I drew attention to the correct principles of antibiotics and thus to the prevention of antibiotic resistance, as well as the possibilities of prevention and treatment of nosocomial infections. | eng |
