| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je součástí projektu s názvem Vybrané aspekty managementu
sociální práce (registrační číslo GAJU 052/2019/S).
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice projektového řízení a strategického
plánování v organizacích, které poskytují sociální služby. Cílem práce je popsání
vybraných aspektů projektového řízení a strategického plánování.
Práce je členěna do několika částí. Teoretická část obsahuje informace a poznatky,
popsané v odborných zdrojích knižní i elektronické podoby. Informace se zaměřují na
sociální práci a sociální služby, zřizovatele sociálních služeb a financování sociálních
služeb. Následně na popsaní a definici hlavních témat práce, kterými jsou strategické
řízení, strategické plánování a projektové řízení. Praktická část je koncipována formou
kvantitativního výzkumu, který slouží k naplnění hlavního cíle práce. Za použití
schématu QUAN-qual (The QUAN-Qual Model) a pomocí Chí kvadrát testu dobré
shody - X 2 a znaménkového schématu s hladinou významnosti = 0,05, 0,01 a 0,001,
byly stanoveny tyto hypotézy: H1: Existuje souvislost mezi zdroji financování
organizace a projektovým řízením. A H2: Existuje souvislost mezi hodnocením
významu strategického plánu pro rozvoj organizace a vybranými aspekty strategického
plánování.
Výsledkem a přínosem mé diplomové práce jsou dílčí části celkových výsledků
projektu GAJU s názvem Vybrané aspekty managementu sociální práce (registrační
číslo GAJU 052/2019/S). Získaná data, která popisují vybrané aspekty managmentu,
budou sloužit jako podnět pro další rozšiřující výzkumy, eventuálně pro vytvoření
návrhu na zlepšení řízení, organizace v sociální oblasti. | cze |

The thesis deals with the issues of project management and strategic planning in
organizations providing social services. The aim of the thesis is to describe selected
aspects of project management and strategic planning.
The thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretical part contains information and
knowledge described in professional sources in book and electronic form. The
information focuses on social work and social services, social service providers and
financing of social services. It then goes on to describe and define the main themes of
the thesis, which are strategic management, strategic planning and project management.
The practical part is designed in the form of quantitative research, which serves to fulfil
the main objective of the thesis. Using the QUAN-qual (The QUAN-Qual Model)
scheme and using the Chi-square test of goodness of fit - X 2 and the sign scheme with
significance levels of = 0.05, 0.01 and 0.001, the following hypotheses were
established: H1: There is a relationship between an organization's funding sources and
project management. And H2: There is a relationship between the evaluation of the
importance of the strategic plan for the development of the organization and selected
aspects of strategic planning.
The results and contributions of my thesis are partial parts of the overall results of the
GAJU project entitled Selected Aspects of Social Work Management (GAJU
registration number 052/2019/S). The obtained data, which describe selected aspects of
management, will serve as a stimulus for further extension research, possibly for the
development of a proposal to improve the management, of an organization in the social
