| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Využití podpůrných technologií na operačních a informačních střediscích integrovaného záchranného systému" je zhodnotit možnost využití podpůrných technologií na operačním a informačním středisku integrovaného záchranného systému Jihočeského kraje.
V diplomové práci se nejprve zaměřuji na teoretickou část, kde jsou prostřednictvím odborné literatury, zákonů a vyhlášek shrnuty základní informace o integrovaném záchranném systému a o hasičském záchranném sboru. Dále jsem provedl rešerši dostupných odborných pramenů. V teoretické části jsem také uvedl nejpoužívanější podpůrné technologie na operačních a informačních střediscích integrovaného záchranného systému.
Ve výzkumné části jsem se nejprve zaměřil na průzkum názorů pracovníků Operačního a informačního střediska Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihočeského kraje na využití podpůrných technologií prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Dále se v této části věnuji analýze typů a podtypů událostí, pro které by bylo vhodné či nevhodné využít podpůrných technologií, a to konkrétně sestavit automatický návrhář techniky. Sestavil jsem rozbor statistiky výjezdů a událostí v roce 2021 vypracovaných do grafických přehledů. Z vyhodnocených odpovědí na dané otázky je patrné, že většina operačních techniků a důstojníků souhlasí se zavedením podpůrných technologií. Stejně tak z celkové analýzy vyplývají přínosy pro využití automatického návrháře techniky.

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of diploma thesis on the topic "Use of assistive technologies in the operational and information centres of the integrated rescue system" is to evaluate the possibility of using assistive technologies in the operational and information centres of the integrated rescue system of the South Bohemian region.
In my diploma thesis I first focus on the theoretical part, where basic information about the integrated rescue system and the fire brigade is summarized through professional literature, laws, and decrees. I also conducted a search of available professional sources. In the theoretical part, I also listed the most commonly used assistive technologies in the operational and information centres of the integrated rescue system.
In the research part, I first focused on a survey of the opinions of the staff of the Operations and Information Centre of the Fire and Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region on the use of assistive technologies through a questionnaire survey. Furthermore, in this part I deal with the analysis of types and subtypes of events for which it would be appropriate or inappropriate to use supporting technologies, namely, to compile an automatic technology designer. I compiled an analysis of statistics of departures and events in 2021, compiled into graphical summaries. From the evaluated answers to the given questions, it is evident that most operational technicians and officers agree with the introduction of assistive technologies. Likewise, the overall analysis shows the benefits for the use of an automatic technology designer.
The contribution of this diploma thesis is the use of processed information at the operational and information centre of the Fire and Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region. | eng |
