| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zaměřuje na implementaci informačního systému DC2 a Docházka do společnosti Dusmann Service s.r.o., z důvodu jejich potřeby mít komplexní informační systém. IS DC2 je informační systém pro řízení lidských zdrojů a IS Docházka je docházkový informační systém. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, klasifikace, cykly, typy a implementace informačních systémů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny informace o řízení lidských zdrojů a efektivitě projektů. Praktická část popisuje tvůrce informačního systému a zadavatele s jeho požadavky na software. Na základě požadavků klienta bylo nutné provést několik změn v IS ze strany vývojáře. Zabýval jsem se popisem a analýzou informačního systému, zejména modulu docházky. V práci se nechází popis architektury, procesů a uživatelského rozhraní IS. Projekt implementace proběhl úspěšně, i když došlo ke zpoždění o necelé 2 měsíce. To bylo způsobeno špatně definovanými funkčními požadavky v úvodní analýze projektu. Informační systém DC2 je v současné době v ostrém provozu a dochází k legislativní a zákaznické podpoře. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on implementation of information system DC2 and Docházka into a company called Dusmann Service s.r.o. because of their need of having a complex information system. IS DC2 is an information system for human resource management and IS Docházka is an attendance information system. The theoretical part of the thesis presents basic terms, classification, cycles, types and implementation of information systems. In addition, there is information about human resource management and effectiveness of the projects. The practical part describes the developer of the information system and the client with their software requirements. Based on the requirements of the client, it was necessary to make a few changes to the IS by the developer. I dealt with the description and analysis of the information system, especially the attendance module. There is a description of the architecture, processes and user interface of the IS. The project of implementation was successful even though there was a delay for approximately 2 months. This was due to poorly defined functional requirements in the initial project analysis. The DC2 information system is currently in live operation and undergoing legislative and customer support. | eng |
