| dc.description.abstract | Mit Hilfe von Methoden- und Datentriangulation wurde die schriftliche und mündliche Online-Kommunikation eines virtuellen Projektteams untersucht, um die Frage zu beantworten, welche Strategien die Teammitglieder in der mehrsprachigen Interaktion über verschiedene Medien entwickeln.
Dabei wird der Einsatz von ELF als genuin mehrsprachige Praxis beleuchtet. Die zentrale Rolle einer ausgeprägten mehrsprachigen Kompetenz der Projektleiterinnen und Projektleiter sowie die Vorteile der muttersprachlichen Kommunikation für den Aufbau einer vertrauten Beziehung werden deutlich. Die Kommunikation im Team präsentiert sich als offen für Sprachwechsel, was Kreativität und Freude am Sprachgebrauch ermöglicht. | cze |

Light is shed on the use of ELF as a genuinely multilingual practice.
