| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá okolnostmi podepsání Pražské smlouvy v roce 1973
mezi Spolkovou republikou Německo a Ceskoslovenskou socialistickou republikou.
Přibližuje sporná témata, která provázela jednání. Zásadní nesoulad spočíval v rozdílné
interpretaci platnosti Mnichovské dohody. Podpis Pražské smlouvy umožnil proces
détente v mezinárodních vztazích, jež podpořil koncepci neue Ostpolitik
západoněmeckého kancléře Willyho Brandta. Bakalářská práce dále přibližuje mediální
obraz uzavření Pražské smlouvy, přičemž existoval značný rozdíl mezi periodiky
vydávanými v Ceskoslovensku a v západní Evropě, který vyplýval z odlišného pojetí role

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the circumstances surrounding the signing of the
Prague Treaty in 1973 between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czechoslovak
Socialist Republic. It presents the controversial issues that accompanied the negotiations.
The fundamental disagreement lay in different interpretations of the validity of the
Munich Agreement. The signing of the Prague Treaty made possible a process of détente
in international relations that supported West German Chancellor Willy Brandt's concept
of neue Ostpolitik. The bachelor's thesis further presents the media image of the
conclusion of the Prague Treaty, while there was a significant difference between the
periodicals published in Czechoslovakia and in Western Europe, which resulted from the
