| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza české a španělské klasifikace
trestných činů a následné porovnání, zda jsou klasifikace těchto dvou zemí podobné, nebo rozdílné. Sekundárním cílem práce je translatologický rozbor vybrané právní terminologie z této oblasti.
Celá práce je rozdělena do celkem sedmi kapitol, které se zabývají trestněprávními
úpravami České republiky a Španělska obecně, představením klasifikací trestných činů obou zemí, následně porovnáním podobnosti a rozdílnosti těchto právních úprav a rozborem příslušné právní terminologie.
Práce obsahuje resumé ve španělštině a dvojjazyčný glosář. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The major aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of Czech and Spanish
classification of criminal offences and the subsequent comparison of their similarities or differences. Secondary aim is the translatological analysis of the selected legal terminology from this part of law.
The thesis is divided into seven chapters, which deal with criminal legislations of the Czech Republic and Spain in general, the presentation of classifications of criminal offences in both countries, subsequently the comparison of similarities and differences between these legislations and the analysis of the relevant legal terminology.
