| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je komparativní analýza vybraných českých a argentinských termínů z oblasti trestního práva hmotného. První část práce bude obsahovat seznámení s právním jazykem a popis historie a aktuální podoby trestních zákoníků České republiky a Argentiny. V praktické části budou obsahově a formálně analyzovány vybrané termíny a následně budou kontrastivně porovnávány. Součástí práce bude resumé ve španělském jazyce. | cze |
