| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje sporu mezi Janem starším Černínem z Chudenic
a pacovskými měšťany o potvrzení městských privilegií v letech 1630-1636. Jejím hlav-ním cílem je zrekonstruovat průběh sporu na základě dochované korespondence, která se nachází v Ústřední správě Černínských statků ve Státním oblastním archivu Třeboň, od-dělení Jindřichův Hradec a ve fondu Stará manipulace v Národním archivu Praha. Vedle samotného průběhu sporu se autor věnuje vzájemnému vnímání zúčastněných stran konfliktu. Pacovská privilegia, jejichž konfirmace se stala základem sporu, jsou sledována chronologicky od počátku jejich udělování v kontextu vztahů poddaných a vrchností. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented bachelor thesis deals with the dispute between Jan Czernin the Elder
of Chudenice and the citizens of Pacov regarding confirmation of the town´s privileges that took place in the years 1630-1636. It focuses on reconstruction of the conflict based on the preserved correspondence deposited in the Central Administration of Czerin estates in the Třeboň Regional Archives, the Jindřichův Hradec Office, and also in the Old Ma-nipulation Fund, in the National Archives in Prague. Besides the course of the dispute, the author focuses on mutual perception of the parties during the conflict.
