| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá výukou přírodopisu na Montessori školách. Literární přehled popisuje Montessori metodu a konkrétní principy, které by se ve výuce měly vyskytovat. Nejprve je vysvětlen pojem alternativní škola a přehled historie a rozvoje alternativních škol v ČR. Následuje historie Montessori pedagogiky a životopis zakladatelky Montessori metody, Marie Montessori. Dále jsou popsána Montessori vývojová období, role Montessori učitele a shrnuty nejdůležitější Montessori principů a metod dle dostupné literatury.
Výskyt různých principů Montessori metody byl zkoumán na 7 z 15 Montessori škol v ČR, s adolescentním programem. Data obsahují záznamy o frekvencích jednotlivých principů a metod v učících blocích zaměřených na přírodopis, zároveň byly zaznamenány dodatečné údaje, aby mohly být prozkoumány různé faktory, které mohou dodržování Montessori metody ovlivnit. Vzorek byl doplněn o 2 učící bloky na tradičních školách pro porovnání. Cílem práce je zjistit úroveň dodržování Montessori metody při výuce přírodopisných témat na různých školách, a prozkoumat některé faktory, které mohou výuku ovlivňovat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the teaching of science education at Montessori schools. The literature review describes the Montessori method and the specific principles that should occur in teaching. First, the concept of an alternative school and an overview of the history and development of alternative schools in the Czech Republic are explained. Then follows the history of Montessori pedagogy and the biography of the founder of the Montessori method, Maria Montessori. Furthermore, Montessori development periods, the role of Montessori teachers and the most important Montessori principles and methods are described and summarized according to the available literature.
The occurrence of various principles of the Montessori method was examined at 7 out of 15 Montessori schools in the Czech Republic, with an adolescent program. The data contain records of the frequencies of individual principles and methods in the learning blocks focused on science education, while additional data were recorded to investigate various factors that may affect adherence to Montessori methods. The sample was enhanced using 2 learning blocks from traditional schools to allow comparison. The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of adherence to the Montessori method in science education at the different schools, and to examine some factors that may influence teaching. | eng |
