| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zpracována teoreticko-didaktickou formou a zabývá se systematikou jednotlivých frisbee sportů. V analytické části jsou tyto sporty rozebrány z hlediska základních principů a herních pravidel. Za stěžejní lze však považovat především syntetickou část práce, ve které jsou detailně rozpracovány dva nejrozšířenější sporty ve světě i České republice, a sice Ultimate frisbee a Discgolf. Rozebrány jsou jejich techniky chytání, házení, průpravná herní cvičení a letové vlastnosti různých typů disků. Hlavní technika pro vytvoření práce je kinematografická vyšetřovací metoda a zpracované výukové DVD by mělo v praxi sloužit jako metodická pomůcka pro učitele tělesné výchovy nebo trenéry mládeže. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The graduation thesis is compiled on the basis of a theoretical-didactic form and deals with the systematics of individual frisbee sports. The analytical part analyses these sports in terms of basic principles and game rules. However, the synthetic part of the work is considered pivotal as it describes two most widespread sports in the world and in the Czech Republic - Ultimate Frisbee and Discgolf. Their catching and throwing techniques, preparatory game exercises and flight characteristics of different types of discs are discussed in detail. The main technique for the creation of this work is the cinematographic investigative method.
