| dc.description.defence | <p>Prof. Grubhoffer welcome Mr. Sulejmani, members of the commission, and the audience. All members of the commission were present. The student introduced the studied moleculr complex and the methods used in the study such as SM-FRET and FCS. Then, he presented his results and discussed them. Uqestions from the commission followed, where he was not able to answer completely, as part of the results were obtained by the supervisor. The participation of the student on the experiments was specified; this information is partly missing from the bachelor thesis.</p>
