Ms. Daňková presented the background for her bachelor thesis, the analysed samples, and the methods used. Student then presented her results and conclusions. The supervisor and opponent presented their reviews, followed by a thorough discussion of the oppoient and the student; student did not prepare answers to the questions in advance. Next, questions from the audience were answered, e.g. on the measurement of DNA concentration and the removal of PCR inhibitors.</p>
