| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce na téma Reflexe hodnot sociálních pracovníků/ic a romských klientů/ek ve vybraném nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež s ohledem na jejich možný hodnotový střet se zabývá rozličným chápáním hodnot. Tvoří ucelenou reflexi jednotlivých hodnot v intervencích s romskou rizikovou mládeží. Vysvětluje obecné pojmy, vztahující se k dané problematice, uvádí specifika romského etnika a mládeže, která navštěvuje toto zařízení. Představuje hodnoty organizace, klientely a samotných pracovníků/ic, včetně náhledu na osobnost sociálního pracovníka/ce. Závěrečná část je věnována střetům hodnot, ke kterým dochází ve vztahu organizace, sociálních pracovníků/cí a klientely. Zabývá se citlivým vnímáním profesních a osobních hodnot pracovníků/ic vybraného NZDM a interpretuje výsledky ze sondy provedené mezi pracovníky/cemi a klientelou. Situace jsou vykresleny v rámci konkrétních oblastí. Poznatky z odborné literatury jsou doplněny o příklady z praxe. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The master's thesis, titled "Reflection of social workers' and Roma clients' values in a selected low-threshold facility for children and youth with regard to their potential value conflict," explores different understandings of values. It provides a comprehensive reflection on the individual values that emerge in interventions with Roma at-risk youth. The thesis explains general concepts related to the issue, describes the characteristics of the Roma ethnicity and youth who visit the facility, and presents the values of the organization, clients, and social workers themselves, including a view of the social worker's personality. The final section is devoted to the value conflicts that can arise in the relationship between the organization, social workers, and clients. It addresses the sensitive perception of professional and personal values among the workers of the selected low-threshold facility, and interprets the results of a survey conducted among workers and clients.
