| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá slaďováním rodinného a pracovního života u žen pracujících v sociálních službách, které je vymezeno pomocí klíčových oblastí vztahujících se k postavení žen na trhu práce, k existenci možných bariér při opětovném vstupu na něj, na rodinu jako primární instituci a na postavení ženy v rodině. Dále se práce zaměřuje na to, jak vnímá tuto problematiku EU, stát, a to prostřednictvím rodinné politiky. Stěžejní část práce tvoří diskuse, ve které jsou výsledky z výzkumného šetření propojeny s odbornou literaturou, mými osobními postřehy a zkušenostmi a analýzou etických problémů a dilemat, rozboru různých možných řešení a reflexe těchto řešení. | cze |
