| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahovostí osob a jejím významem pro sociální práci. V první části této práce, se téma zaměřuje na filozofické chápání pojmu osoby, vztahovosti a kde se potřeba navazování vztahů utváří. Filozofické poznatky jsou v průběhu práce uplatněny skrze definování vztahu v sociální práci, ve které je vztah brán jako nástroj pomoci. Práce je tak zaměřena na povšimnutí si důležitosti vztahu v sociální práci, jejímž cílem je poukázání na provázanost osobního vztahu s profesionalitou sociálního pracovníka. V závěrečné části se práce věnuje zkušenostem z praxe v Nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež, v níž dojde k reflexi praktických zkušeností pomocí zjištěných teoretických tezí, čímž dojde k zhodnocení osobního vztahu s hranicemi profesionality. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis is dealing with the relationality of persons and its importance for social work. In the first part of this thesis, the topic focuses on the philosophical understanding of the concept of person, relationality and where the need to establish relationships is formed. Philosophical insights are applied throughout the thesis through defining relationship in social work, in which relationship is taken as a tool for helping. Thus, the thesis aims to note the importance of relationship in social work, aiming to highlight the interconnectedness of the personal relationship with the professionalism of the social worker. The final part of the thesis is devoted to practical experience in a Low Threshold Clubs for children and teenagers, in which the practical experience will be reflected upon by means of the theoretical theses identified, thus evaluating the personal relationship with the boundaries of professionalism. | eng |
