| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou dohledu nad výchovou nezletilých dětí v rámci sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je právní, zabývá se popisem problematiky a vysvětlením současného systému a prostoru, který je vymezen pro individuální vyhodnocování situací a rozhodování sociálních pracovníků. Druhá část se věnuje vybraným etickým teoriím, kdy každá jiným způsobem vnímá dobro, o které je třeba usilovat. Zároveň nabízejí různé úhly pohledu na danou problematiku. Ve třetí části práce jsou kladeny konkrétní otázky, které v první části práce vznikly, a jsou hledány odpovědi optikou každé z teorií popsaných v části druhé. Na základě střetu těchto dvou rovin a střetu racionality s emocemi vznikají různé názorové směry a postřehy, které mohou otevřít diskuzi na témata, která nejsou v českém právním prostředí obvyklá. Současný systém se v oblasti dohledu nijak nepřizpůsobuje a východiska, která etika nabízí, přinášejí nové možnosti řešení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with the issue of supervision over the upbringing of minors within the framework of social-legal protection of children. It is divided into three parts. The first part is legal, it deals with the description of the issue and explanation of the current system and the space that is defined for individual evaluation of situations and decision-making of social workers. The second part looks at selected ethical theories, each with a different perception of the good to be sought. They also offer different perspectives on the issue. The third part of the thesis asks specific questions that arose in the first part of the thesis and seeks answers through the lens of each of the theories described in the second part. On the basis of the clash between these two levels and the clash between rationality and emotions, different lines of opinion and insights emerge, which can open a discussion on topics that are not common in the Czech legal environment. The current system does not adapt in the field of supervision and the starting points that ethics offers bring new possibilities for solutions. | eng |
