| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Jihozápad. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou regionální a strukturální politiky EU a ČR. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika regionu soudržnosti NUTS II Jihozápad a vyhodnocení SWOT analýzy území, na jejímž základě je posuzován soulad jednotlivých prioritních os programu s potřebami regionu. Práce dále monitoruje první tři kola schválených výzev Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Jihozápad, jejich zaměření, strukturu zájmu žadatelů o podporu a postupné naplňování stanovených monitorovacích indikátorů. Z výsledků daných analýz jsou v závěru práce uvedeny návrhy budoucího zaměření výzev a typů podporovaných aktivit do roku 2015. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis describes a detailed analysis of the Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Southwest. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces to readers with issues of Regional and Structural policy of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the characteristic of the cohesion region NUTS II Southwest and evaluation of the SWOT analysis of the teritorry, that assesses conformity of individual priority axes of the programme and the needs of the region. The thesis also monitors the first three rounds of calls approved the Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Southwest, their focus, the structure of the interest of applicants for support and gradual achievement of the indicators.
