| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá etickými dilematy se kterými se setkávají sociální pracovníci OSPOD a také jejich řešeními. Dále popisuje jednotlivé činnosti orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, charakterizuje sociálního pracovníka OSPOD, principy a rizika této práce. Vymezuje pojem etika a etická dilemata v sociální práci a popisuje jejich řešení. Empirická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem, který byl realizován prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů se sociálními pracovnicemi OSPOD. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit etická dilemata a způsob jejich řešení u sociálních pracovníků OSPOD. Dílčím cílem je tyto poznatky kategorizovat a porovnat je s předchozími šetřeními. Dále také zjistit jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich volbu řešení. | cze |
