dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá podporou autonomie seniorů v domovech pro seniory. Poukazuje na její podstatu, a to především z filosofického a psychologického hlediska. Popisuje, jakými změnami si senior ve stáří prochází a jaký vliv mají na jeho autonomii. Důležité je pochopení, že ne každý vnímá autonomii stejně a o tom pojednává třetí kapitola. Dále se práce soustředí na možnou podporu autonomie seniora v domovech pro seniory, aby byla však vhodně poskytnuta, je zapotřebí porozumět tomu, jak se senior adaptuje na své stáří. Dohromady pak zjištěné skutečnosti, podtrhují důležitost podpory seniorovy autonomie.	cze
