| dc.description.abstract | Vybraným tématem bakalářské práce je analýza v segmentu nájemních nemovitostí ve Strakonicích. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. První část je věnována literární rešerši, která je zaměřena na základní pojmy ohledně bytů a nájmu, katastrem nemovitostí a realitním trhem. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu trhu města, kde jsou všechny údaje zaznamenány v tabulkách. Je zde popsána obecná charakteristika města Strakonice a v programu GIS (geodetický informační systém) jsou z nasbíraných dat vytvořeny mapy s polohami bytů. Následně jsou všech-na data podrobně komentována a porovnávána s jinými městy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The selected topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the rental real estate segment in the city of Strakonice. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The first part is devoted to the literary research, which focuses on basic concepts regarding of flats and rents, land registry and real estate market. The second part of the thesis focuses on the market analysis of the city, where all data are recorded in tables. The general characteristics of the city of Strakonice are described and maps with the locations of the flats are created in the program GIS (Geodetic Information System) from the collected data.
