| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na rostliny využitelné pro výrobu mýdel a pracích prostředků, proto se práce zaměřuje pouze na rostlinné oleje použitelné pro mydlářskou výrobu. Pro uvedení do problematiky je ze začátku obecně popsané mýdlo a prací prostřed-ky včetně chemického principu jejich funkce a výroby. Následně se práce věnuje olejninám, protože mimo produkované oleje jsou klíčové pro výrobu mýdel. V této kapitole byly popsány hlavní světové a evropské olejniny včetně jejich bota-nického zařazení, popisu a charakterizace složení jejich olejů. Závěrem je vypraco-vaný seznam rostlin a jejich částí využitelných pro výrobu mýdel a pracích pro-středků. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on plants useful for the production of soaps and detergents, therefore the thesis focuses only on vegetable oils useful for soap-making. To in-troduce the subject, a general description of soap and detergents is given at the be-ginning, including the chemical principle of their function and production. Sub-sequently, the work is devoted to oilseeds, since, apart from the oils produced from them, they are the key to soap-making. In this chapter, the main worldwide and European oilseeds have been described, including their botanical classification, description and characterization of the composition of their oils. Finally, a list of plants and their parts useful for the pro-duction of soaps and detergents is drawn up. | eng |
