| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na radiodiagnostické zobrazovací metody z oblasti urologie. Během zpracovávání bakalářské práce se ukázalo, že mnoho zobrazovacích metod jsou již zastaralé a jen zřídka se s jimi v dnešní době můžeme setkat. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a část praktickou s předem stanoveným cílem. Cílem práce je vytvoření přehledu o radiodiagnostických metodách v urologické problematice a činnostech radiologického asistenta. Teoretická část se zabývá nastíněné anatomie vylučovacího systému lidského organismu, anatomie mužských pohlavních orgánů, přehledem diagnostických přístrojů s jejich využitím v urologii a kontrastními látkami využívané k detailnějšímu zobrazení dané problematiky s možnými nežádoucími účinky. V druhé části bakalářské práce se setkáme s analýzou dat a s grafy za pětileté období znázorňující různé zobrazovací metody, počet provedených vyšetření rozdělené do kategorií získaných z archivu Fakultní Thomayerovi nemocnice hlavního města České republiky v Praze. V diskuzi narazíte na grafy, které znázorňují odpovědi respondentů na otázky ve vytvořeném dotazníku pro radiologické asistenty s dotazy směřované na jejich zkušenosti z praxe a na pacienty docházející na urologické vyšetření pomocí zobrazovacích metod. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis is focused on radiodiagnostic imaging methods in the field of urology. During the processing of the bachelor's thesis, it became clear that many imaging methods are already outdated and we can rarely meet them nowadays. The work was divided into two parts. For a theoretical part and a practical part with a predetermined goal. The aim of the thesis is to create an overview of radiodiagnostic methods in urological issues and the activities of a radiological assistant. The theoretical part deals with the outlined anatomy of the excretory system of the human organism, the anatomy of the male genital organs, an overview of diagnostic devices with their use in urology, and contrast agents used for a more detailed visualization of the issue with possible side effects. In the second part of the bachelor's thesis, we will encounter data analysis and graphs for a five-year period showing different imaging methods, the number of performed examinations divided into categories obtained from the archive of the Faculty Thomayer Hospital of the capital of the Czech Republic in Prague. In the discussion, you will come across graphs that show respondents' answers to questions in a questionnaire created for radiological assistants with questions directed at their experience in practice and at patients arriving for urological examinations using imaging methods. | eng |
