| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá vznikem a působením záchranné skupiny Delta zřízené na obou jaderných elektrárnách v České republice. Vzhledem k faktu, že od zadání k vytvoření skupiny uplynuly necelé tři roky, nemohl být pro její činnost vytvořen komplexní legislativní základ, jako např. pro Policii České republiky nebo Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky. Práce se zabývá otázkou, do jaké míry může doplňovat činnost těchto složek a dodržet přitom platné zákony. | cze |
