| dc.description.abstract | Sen stát se hasičem není výhradou mužů. I ženy mají své sny a snít, že se jednou stane hasičkou, není nic špatného. I já mám od malička takový sen a vědět, jak se můžu stát hasičkou, kde všude se můžu uplatnit, na co se mám připravit, tak na to jsem se snažila najít odpovědi v mé práci.
V teoretické části se čtenář dozví základní znalosti o Hasičském záchranném sboru České republiky. Jakou má organizační strukturu a jaká legislativa je pro něj stěžejní. Následně se dočte, co znamená být příslušníkem, jak se jím stát, pravidla služebního poměru ohledně mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. Hasiče vídáme v uniformě, kterou chce nosit každý, ale i ta má svá pravila. Dále jsou obsaženy možnosti uplatnění a náplň práce ženy na územním odboru a jak to mají ostatní země se ženami u hasičů.
V praktické části jsem prováděla průzkum a analýzu pomocí rozhovorů s příslušníky HZS Jihočeského kraje na Územním odboru Písek a Krajského ředitelství v Českých Budějovicích. Všem čtrnácti příslušníkům, kdy bylo 7 žen a 7 mužů, jsem položila 13 stejných otázek. Otázky byly sestaveny tak, aby nezáleželo na pohlaví dotazovaného.
Odpověď na výzkumnou otázku "Jaké má žena uplatnění u Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR?", "Může být platnou součástí?" bylo projednáno v diskuzi. Cíl této práce byl splněn a na výzkumnou otázku byla nalezena odpověď.
Žena má u Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky široké uplatnění a je platnou součástí sboru. Ať už bude v kanceláři, na vedoucí pozici nebo ve výjezdové jednotce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The dream of becoming a firefighter is not reserved for men. Even women have their dreams, and dreaming of becoming a firefighter one day is not a bad thing. I too have had such a dream since I was little and to know how I can become a firefighter, where I can apply everywhere, what I should prepare for, so I tried to find answers to that in my work.
In the theoretical part, the reader will learn basic knowledge about the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. What kind of organizational structure it has and what kind of legislation is central to it. Subsequently, he will read what it means to be a member, how to become one, the rules of the employment relationship regarding maternity and parental leave. We see firefighters in the uniform that everyone wants to wear, but even that has its own rules. Also included are the possibilities of applying and the content of a woman's work at the territorial department and how other countries have it with women in the fire brigade.
In the practical part, I carried out research and analysis using interviews with members of the HZS of the South Bohemian Region at the Regional Department of Písek and the Regional Directorate in České Budějovice. I asked all fourteen members, when there were 7 women and 7 men, 13 identical questions. The questions were constructed in such a way that the gender of the interviewee did not matter.
The answer to the research question "What role does a woman have in the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic?", "Can she be a valid part?" was discussed in the discussion. The objective of this thesis was met and the research question was answered.
A woman has a wide range of employment at the Czech Republic's Fire and Rescue Service and is a valid part of the service. Whether, it will be in the office, in a leadership position or in a field unit. | eng |
