| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku bakterií Ureaplasma urealyticum a Mycoplasma hominis u žen s urogenitálními infekcemi. Teoretická část práce se obecně zabývá urogenitálními infekcemi, jako jsou infekce močových cest, záněty reprodukčního systému žen a jejich nejčastější bakteriální původci. V další části je popsaná problematika Ureaplasma urealyticum a Mycoplasma hominis.
Metodika a cíle práce zahrnovaly laboratorní průkaz mykoplazmat, dále průkaz citlivosti na antibiotika pomocí kitů. Dalším úkolem bylo celkové laboratorní zpracování výtěrů z pochvy. Dále statistické vyhodnocení výsledků pacientek v Unilabs k.s. laboratoři. Statistické vyhodnocení vedlo k zjištění společné přítomnosti Ureaplasem a Mycoplasem s některými dalšími mikroorganismy osidlujícími ženský urogenitál. Pro statistickou část jsem použila výsledky pacientek za období
1.1.2019 - 31.12.2022. Celkem jsem měla k dispozici 859 výsledků. Na základě nich jsem zjistila, že v největším počtu převažuje pozitivní nález Ureaplasma urealyticum, poté v menší míře zastoupení byla smíšená přítomnost Ureaplasma urealyticum a Mycoplasma hominis. V malém počtu byl pozitivní pouze nález s Mycoplasma hominis. U přidružených mikroorganismů byl nejčastější výskyt laktobacilů spojený s pozitivitou Ureaplasma urealyticum, dále nález Gardnerella vaginalis zjištěný u všech pozitivit s mykoplazmaty, nejvyšší u Ureaplasma urealyticum. Dále v podobné míře zastoupení Streptococcus anginosus a Candida albicans opět v největší míře zastoupen u pozitivity Ureaplasma urealyticum. Ostatní mikroorganismy byly zastoupeny v menší míře a jsou popsány detailněji ve výsledcích práce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the diagnosis of bacteria Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in women with urogenital infections. The theoretical part of the work deals with urogenital infections, such as urinary tract infections, reproductive tract infections system of women and their most common bacterial agents. The issue is described in the next section Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis.
The methodology and goals of the thesis included laboratory evidence of mycoplasmas, as well as evidence of sensitivity to antibiotics by using some kits. Another task was laboratory processing of swabs from the vagina. Furthermore, the statistical evaluation of the results of patients in Unilabs k.s. laboratory. Statistical evaluation led to the detection of common presence of Ureaplasmas and Mycoplasmas with some other microorganisms inhabiting the fiale urogenital tract. For the statistical part, I used the results of the patients for the period 1/1/2019 - 12/31/2022. I had a total of 859 results available. Based on them, I found out that the largest number of positive findings predominates Ureaplasma urealyticum, followed by a mixed infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis to a lesser extent. Only in small number have been found positive Mycoplasma hominis. Among the associated microorganisms, the most frequent occurrence of lactobacilli was associated with Ureaplasma urealyticum positivity. Gardnerella vaginalis was found in all positivities with mycoplasmas, the highest in Ureaplasma urealyticum. Furthermore, Streptococcus anginosus and Candida albicans are represented to a similar extent, again to the greatest extent represented in the case of Ureaplasma urealyticum positivity.
