| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vertebrogenního onemocnění a vlivem dechových technik, který mají na léčbu poruch páteře. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části.
Teoretická část bakalářské práce je situována do sedmi kapitol, ve kterých je popsaná anatomie páteře a hrudníku a hluboký stabilizační systém s jeho částmi. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola se zabývá vertebrogenními a funkční poruchami, u kterých jsem se zaměřila na jejich nejčastější projevy. Poslední dvě kapitoly se zabývají problematikou dýchání, druhy dýchání a zejména dechovými technikami.
Praktická část práce byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn pomocí kazuistik. Vybrala jsem čtyři pacienty s bolestmi zad, které jsem následně rozdělila do 2 skupin. První skupina cvičila dechové techniky z jógy a druhá skupina cvičila dechové techniky z fyzioterapie. U všech probandů jsem udělala vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Následně proběhlo zhodnocení výsledků jedince i obou skupin.
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat možnosti dechových technik a jejich vliv na léčbu funkčních poruch pohybového aparátu. Při výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že pravidelné dechové cvičení má pozitivní vliv na léčbu funkčních poruch vertebrogenního onemocnění. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of vertebrogenic disease and the influence of breathing techniques on the treatment of spinal disorders. Thesis is divided into two parts.
The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is divided into seven chapters, in which the anatomy of the spine and chest and the deep stabilization system and its parts are described. The fourth and fifth chapters deal with vertebrogenic disorders and functional disorders, in which I focused on their most common manifestations. The last two chapters deal with the issue of breathing, its types and especially breathing techniques.
The practical part of the thesis was elaborated in the form of qualitative research, which was carried out using case studies. I selected four patients with back pain, which I then divided into 2 groups. The first group practiced breathing techniques from yoga and the second group practiced breathing techniques from physiotherapy. I made an input and output kinesiology analysis for all probands. Subsequently, the results of the individual and both groups were evaluated.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to describe the possibilities of breathing techniques and their influence on the treatment of functional disorders of the locomotor system. During the research, it was found that regular breathing exercises have a positive effect on the treatment of functional disorders of vertebrogenic disease. | eng |
