| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku poskytování ošetřovatelské péče na
akutních psychiatrických odděleních v souvislosti s nákazou Covid-19.
Teoretická část práce začíná přehledem organizace psychiatrické péče v České
republice. Dále se zaměřuje na vybrané akutní stavy pacientů, kteří jsou přijímáni na
akutní oddělení psychiatrie, včetně schizofrenie, neurotických, stresových
a somatoformních poruch, poruch duševního zdraví způsobených užíváním alkoholu
a psychoaktivních látek. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována onemocnění Covid-19 a jeho
dopadu na akutní psychiatrická oddělení. Teorie se dále zabývá problematikou
poskytování ošetřovatelské péče během pandemie covidu-19, včetně hygienických
opatření.
Empirická část práce je zpracována pomocí kvalitativního šetření s technikou
polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Pomocí otevřeného kódování byla data rozdělena do tří
kategorií a šesti podkategorií. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 10 informantů. Byly to sestry
z různých zařízení, jež pracují na akutních psychiatrických odděleních a které pracovaly
na tomto oddělení za doby pandemie covidu-19. Jejich praxe ve zdravotnictví se
pohybuje od čtyř do 49 let. Soubor byl vybrán účelovou metodou.
Výsledná část práce je zaměřena na dopady pandemie covidu-19 na akutní psychiatrická
oddělení a ošetřovatelskou péči. Výsledky analýzy dat poskytují cenné poznatky o této
problematice. Jednou z klíčových zkoumaných oblastí byly změny v provozu
psychiatrických oddělení z důvodu pandemie. Některá oddělení byla přeorganizována
na specializované covidové oddělení, zatímco jiná byla rozdělena na sekce pro pacienty
s onemocněním a bez něj. S tímto opatřením souviselo intenzivní školení personálu pro
práci v infekčním prostředí a zvýšené sledování pacientů s ohledem na možnou nákazu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on the providing of nursing care in acute psychiatric wards
in the context of Covid-19 infection.
The theoretical part of the thesis starts with an overview of the organization
of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic. It then focuses on selected acute conditions
of patients admitted to acute psychiatric wards, including schizophrenia, neurotic, stress
and somatoform disorders, and mental health disorders caused by alcohol and
psychoactive substance use. Special attention is given to Covid-19 disease and its
impact on acute psychiatric wards. The theory also addresses the providing of nursing
care during the Covid-19 pandemic, including hygiene measures.
The empirical part of the thesis is developed through a qualitative investigation with
a semi-structured interview technique. Using open coding, the data was divided into
three categories and six sub-categories. The research population, consisted of
10 informants. They were nurses, from different facilities, who work in acute
psychiatric wards and who worked in this ward during the Covid-19 pandemic. Their
experience in health care ranges from 4 to 49 years. The sample was selected by
purposive sampling.
The final part of the thesis focuses on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on acute
psychiatric wards and nursing care. The results of the data analysis provide valuable
insights into this issue. One of the key areas examined was changes in the operation of
psychiatric wards due to the pandemic. Some wards were reconfigured into specialist
covide wards, while others were divided into sections for patients with and without the
disease. This measure involved intensive training of staff to work in an infectious
environment and increased monitoring of patients for possible infection. | eng |
