| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie po artroskopické operaci kolenního kloubu. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. První teoretická část shrnuje obecné informace o anatomii, kineziologii a biomechanice kolenního kloubu. Dále jsou popsány mechanismy poranění kolene a následné artroskopické řešení. Teoretická část je zakončena možnostmi fyzioterapie po artroskopii kolenního kloubu, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé metody a koncepty. V další kapitole jsou sepsány cíle výzkumu a výzkumné otázky. Prvním cílem je navrhnout léčebně-rehabilitační plán po artroskopii kolenního kloubu a druhým hlavním cílem bylo zaměřit se na problematiku nestability kolenního kloubu spojené se zákrokem. Vypracováním informační brožury vhodných cviků po artroskopii kolenního kloubu byl splněn i třetí cíl práce. Pro mou práci jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum, výzkumnou skupinu tvořily tři probandky ve věku od 35 do 58 let, které podstoupily artroskopii kolenního kloubu. Výzkum probíhal formou pravidelného setkávání po dobu dvou měsíců. Jako metody získávání dat byl zvolen rozhovor, dále pak vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Výsledky jsou zpracovány formou kazuistik, kde je sepsán průběh terapie, navržen krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a jsou shrnuty terapie. Závěrečnou kapitolu tvoří zhodnocení celého výzkumu formou diskuze, kde uvádím silné a slabé stránky této práce. Následné využití může být jak pro fyzioterapeutickou praxi, tak pro laickou veřejnost a pacienty po artroskopii kolenního kloubu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelors thesis talks about the possibilities of physiotherapy after knee arthroscopy. The thesis is divided into many parts. The first theoretical part summarises important information about the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. Then the mechanisms of knee injuries are described with their following arthroscopy treatment. The theoretical part ends with the list of possibilities of physiotherapy after knee arthroscopy where specific methods and concepts are explained. The research questions and goals of this thesis follow in next chapter. The first goal is to propose treatment and rehabilitation plan after knee arthroscopy. The second and the main goal is to focus on the problem of knee instability connected with this surgery. The third goal is completed by creating an information brochure with adequate exercises after knee arthroscopy. For my thesis I picked qualitative research. The research group was formed by 3 women between 35 and 58 years which underwent knee arthroscopy surgery. The reseach was done by regular meetings for 2 months. The methods of obtaining data were entrance and output kinesiology analysis. The results are presented in the form of case reports. The case reports contain the progress of therapy, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and the summary of all therapies. The final chapter contains evaluation of the research in the form of discussion where I list the strong and weak sides of this research. This thesis can be used in physiotherapy, by the public or patients after knee arthroscopy. | eng |
