| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá operacemi prováděnými v souvislosti s těhotenstvím, porodem a obdobím šestinedělí. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuje jednotlivé chirurgické zákroky, jejich indikace a role porodních asistentek v nich. Rovněž otevírá tematiku informovanosti žen i porodních asistentek v těchto oblastech, na což navazuje část výzkumná, která se zaměřuje na studentky tohoto oboru a jejich informovanost a připravenost vykonávat svoji roli a edukaci.
Výzkumná část ve formě dotazníkového šetření byla zaměřena na studentky porodní asistence z pěti univerzit v České republice. Byl zaměřen na kompetenci porodních asistentek instrumentovat císařský řez. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 80 respondentek. Všechny studentky byly ženského pohlaví a studovaly druhý nebo třetí ročník oboru porodní asistence. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work deals with operations performed in connection with pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes individual surgical interventions, their indications and the role of midwifes in them. It also opens up the topic of awareness of women and midwifes in these areas, which is followed by a research section that focuses on students of this field and their awareness and readiness to perform their role and education.
The research part, in the form of a questionnaire survey, was aimed at midwifery students from five universities in the Czech Republic. It was focused on the competence of midwives to instrument caesarean sections. The research group consisted of a total of 80 female respondents.
