| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce je vliv pandemie COVID-19 na život seniorů v době lockdownu, zejména z hlediska osamělosti a odloučení od rodin. Práce mapuje, jak se změnily jejich rodinné vazby, jakým způsobem vládou vydaná opatření ovlivňovala jejich životy a z jakých zdrojů čerpali senioři informace o nastalé situaci. Dále se zabývá tím, jak se změnily kontakty s jejich rodinami, kdo seniorům během pandemie nejvíce pomáhal, s čím potřebovali nejvíce pomoci a co jim činilo největší potíže. Práce též zkoumá, zda se u nich objevovaly pocity smutku a osamělosti, a pokud ano, co jim pomohlo tyto stavy překonat.
Výzkum se soustředil na seniory využívající pečovatelskou službu nebo na seniory žijící v domě s pečovatelskou službou v Nové Bystřici. Jedním z cílů této práce bylo zjistit, jak mohla pečovatelská služba pomoci překonat osamělost a smutek a zda bylo něco, co nemohla zajistit a klienti by to ocenili. Práce posuzuje potřeby seniorů v nenadálých situacích, z čeho mají největší obavy a s čím je pro ně těžké se vyrovnat. Zároveň je zhodnoceno, jak může pečovatelská služba přispět k řešení nenadálých situací, jakou pandemie COVID-19 jistě byla.
K realizaci výzkumné části byl využit kvalitativní typ výzkumu, metodou dotazování, technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly nahrávány, následně přepisovány a zakódovány otevřeným kódováním. Cílovou skupinou jsou senioři využívající pečovatelskou službu v Nové Bystřici. Ze získaných poznatků je posouzeno, které služby jsou pro klienty zásadní a jak je možné poskytovanou službu vylepšit. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the influence of COVID-19 pandemic on the lives of the elderly during lockdown, namely in regard to loneliness and disconnection with their families. The thesis documents how their family relations have changed, in what manner the goverment regulations influenced their lives and from what sources the seniors got information about the situation at the time. It also deals with how the contacts with their families have changed, who helped the seniors the most during the pandemic, what they needed help with the most and what caused them the biggest concerns. The thesis also looks at whether any feelings of sadness and loneliness befell them, and if so, what helped them overcome these conditions.
The research was focused on seniors using a home care service or seniors living in a home care service house in Nová Bystřice. One of the goals of this thesis was to find out how the home care service helped to overcome loneliness and sadness and if there was anything that it hadn´t been able to provide that the clients would have appreciated receiving. The thesis evaluates seniors needs, their biggest worries and what is hard for them to cope with. It also evaluates how the home care service can contribute to solving sudden situations, which the COVID-19 pandemic surely was.
For realisation of the research part, a qualitative type of research was used through the method of questioning and half-structured interview technique. The interviews were recorded then rewritten and coded with open coding. The target group were seniors using the home care service in Nová Bystřice. The knowledge gathered is then used to assess which services are crucial and how is it possible to improve the services offered. | eng |
