| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním užívání moderních nikotinových produktů prostřednictvím kontingenčních tabulek a jejich testováním pomocí chí-kvadrát testu. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit užívání moderních nikotinových produktů, a to studenty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na pro- blematiku moderních nikotinových produktů, jejich formy a účinky na lidský organismus. Praktická část nalézá odpovědi na stanovené hypotézy prostřednictvím výzkumu založe- ného na dotazníkovém šetření, kterým bylo zjištěno, že moderní nikotinové produkty nej- sou natolik užívány studenty Jihočeské univerzity, o čemž vypovídalo množství irele- vantního vzorku pro tento výzkum a dále, že existuje závislost mezi pohlavím a užívaným moderním nikotinovým produktem, a naopak mezi studovaným oborem a četností užívání těchto produktů závislost není. Doplňující jsou informace kolik finančních prostředků studenti za tyto produkty utratí a kolik spotřebují náplní při užívání vybraného moderního produktu v určitém časovém horizontu. | cze |

The main objective of the thesis is to determine the use of modern nicotine products among students of the University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issues related to modern nicotine products, their forms, and their effects on the human body. The practical part of the thesis seeks to find answers to the set hypotheses through a sur- vey-based research, which revealed that modern nicotine products are not widely used by the students of the University of South Bohemia, as indicated by the irrelevant sample size for this research. Additionally, the research found that there is a correlation between gender and the use of modern nicotine products, while there is no correlation between the field of study and the frequency of using these products. The thesis also provides infor- mation on how much money students spend on these products and how much nicotine e- liquids they consume within a certain timeframe. | eng |
